Product Application

PVA0572 is mainly used in textile pulp, adhesives, papermaking and other fields.

        In textile pulp, it can improve the strength and wear resistance of yarn;
        as an adhesive, it has good bonding properties;
        in papermaking, it can improve the strength and surface properties of paper.
      
 The usage of PVA 0572 is as follows:
 
    1. Used in textile pulp: - It can be mixed with other additives and added to the pulp, and the general dosage is a certain proportion of the total amount of pulp (such as 3%-8%). - It needs to be stirred evenly at a specific temperature (usually 40ºC-60ºC) to make it fully dissolved before being used for sizing.

    2. As an adhesive: - Dissolve PVA0572 in an appropriate amount of water to make an adhesive solution of a certain concentration. - The adhesive can be applied to the surface of the material to be bonded by spraying, brushing, etc.
 
    3. In papermaking: - Added to pulp, usually added during the pulping or mixing stage. - The dosage depends on the requirements of the paper and the production process, and is generally a certain percentage of the weight of the pulp (such as 1%-5%).
