Product Application

The main uses of PVA2488 (polyvinyl alcohol 2488) are:

      - Adhesives: used for bonding materials such as wood, paper, fiber, such as furniture manufacturing, packaging industry, etc.
     
       - Textile sizing: used as warp sizing agent in the textile industry to improve the strength and wear resistance of yarn.
 
       - Papermaking additives: used for sizing on the surface of paper to enhance the strength and water resistance of paper.
 
       - Building materials: can be used as cement additives to improve the adhesion and crack resistance of cement.
 
       - Emulsifier stabilizer: plays a stabilizing role in some emulsion systems.
     
The usage of PVA2488 (polyvinyl alcohol 2488) is as follows:

   I. Dissolution

 1. Prepare containers and water: Choose a clean container and add an appropriate amount of water. Generally, the water   temperature is controlled at around 90ºC, which is conducive to dissolution.

2. Slowly add PVA2488: Slowly add PVA2488 powder into the water while stirring to avoid caking.

3. Continue stirring: Keep stirring until it is completely dissolved and a uniform solution is formed.

II. Application

1. Adhesive: Apply the dissolved PVA2488 solution to the surface of the material to be bonded, such as wood, paper, etc., and then fit it, applying a certain pressure to make it firmly bonded.

2. Textile sizing: In the textile sizing process, the PVA2488 solution is evenly applied to the warp yarn through specific equipment.

3. Papermaking sizing: In papermaking production, the PVA2488 solution is applied to the surface of the paper using sizing equipment.

4. Building materials: Add PVA2488 solution into cement in a certain proportion and stir well before use.
